All items are returnable with 14 days of receipt. We request notification of your intention to return items via email or phone call so that we can be on the lookout for your package. All items must be in usable condition when returned. Purchase price of item will be refunded upon return. Return shipping charges are not refundable, so please keep that in mind when choosing your method of return. COD packages will NOT be accepted.

We want to avoid you needing to return any of your chosen items. If you are uncertain about a product or color, contact us prior to making an online purchase. We can give you some advice, help, or direction that may help you choose the perfect item for your needs!
Please keep in mind that all bead colors will very from time to time. I prefer to use all natural elements and minerals in my jewelry. Differences in the cutting styles and in the striations in the natural rock can result in variations in the colors and patterns in the cut beads. When an order is made, I will specify in my own files which batch your beads came from. Then, if you order another piece in that same set, I am able to match up the color per their batch numbers.
